| Leukerbad-Pass:
2 hours Steep way up with a wonderful view over Leukerbad, existing since 500 years. With gemmi cableway 4 minutes. On top of the pass you have a magnificant view over the alpes of wallis. Gemmipass-Schwarenbach: 1 ¼ hours by feet. Pass the Daubensee on the right side till Schwarenbach. There you have the possibility to walk down to Kandersteg over the alp of Spittelmatten and Eggenschwand.  |

Starting point Sportarena Leukerbad, walk on the old "Römerweg" (summer and winter).  First
stop is the alp of Birchen (with restaurant) follow the way to Bodmen.
On the end of the way is the Bodmenstübli, also a restaurant. |
